How M-Pesa works on Whimsy
When a customer chooses M-Pesa at checkout, Whimsy automatically sends an STK push notification to their phone. They simply enter their M-Pesa PIN to complete the payment — no paybill numbers to remember, no manual confirmation codes.
Setting up M-Pesa
In your Whimsy admin dashboard, go to Settings → Payments. Toggle on M-Pesa and enter your business details. Whimsy handles the technical integration automatically.
Reconciliation
All M-Pesa transactions are automatically reconciled in your dashboard. You can view payment status, download reports, and issue refunds directly from Whimsy.
